Dual-Career Couples Course

A unique program for couples balancing professional aspirations and personal relationships. By analyzing each partner’s natural strengths, we uncover ways to build synergy, navigate differences, and foster mutual support. This course helps partners align their strengths to create a dynamic and empowering foundation for both career and life goals.

Individual Coaching

A personalized journey into self-discovery and empowerment. After completing the CliftonStrengths assessment, we take a deeper look at the connections between your talents, uncovering patterns that shape decision-making, motivation, and performance. With this insight, you’ll gain the tools to maximize your strengths, overcome challenges, and drive meaningful progress in your professional and personal life.

Team Strengths Workshop


For: management teams, project teams and leadership teams
Format: 3–6 hours, online or onsite
