My Story
Throughout my 25-year career in international companies like L’Oréal, Triumph, and L’Occitane, I had the privilege of leading regional teams across diverse markets. Managing professionals such as brand managers, sales managers, trainers, designers, and operational leaders, I quickly realized that true success isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about the people behind those achievements. I found myself naturally drawn to team development, not just as a responsibility, but as a passion. For over 20 years, I focused on fostering growth, building strong teams, and helping individuals recognize and harness their unique strengths.

I always believed that when people are empowered, they thrive.
My leadership approach was rooted in this philosophy long before I had a name for it. I encouraged my teams to focus on their natural talents, guiding them to develop in ways that felt authentic and energizing.
And then, in 2018, I discovered the Gallup CliftonStrengths method. It was a revelation. Everything I had intuitively practiced now had a structured framework, a language that made it easier to unlock potential in a measurable and lasting way.

Inspired, I started integrating CliftonStrengths tools into my teams, helping individuals understand not only what they were good at, but how they could work better together.
The results were incredible—people felt more engaged, more confident, and more aligned with their roles. But the biggest transformation wasn’t just in my teams—it was in me. For the first time, I truly understood my own strengths on a deeper level. It changed the way I approached leadership, relationships, and personal growth.
That journey led me to a decision that felt both natural and exhilarating—I became a certified strengths coach. Now, I dedicate my work to helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential. I’ve seen firsthand the power of a strengths-based approach, and I know that when people embrace what makes them exceptional, they don’t just succeed—they thrive.
